Job summary

Hair Saloon for Men’s Cosmetologists and Barbers, known as PHDs (Professional Hair Designers), are the centerpiece of the customer experience for the men we serve. Your skills with scissors and clippers must be matched by your ability to make clients feel comfortable and confident in your chair.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensed with state cosmetology and/or barber board.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow Hair Saloon's standard operating procedures.
• Perform premium men’s grooming services to Hair Saloon standards.
• Assist clients in choosing the perfect service, style, and product for their individual needs.
• Build lasting relationships with guests and staff members.
• Improve your craft through training and continuing educational opportunities.
• Promote the credo, culture, and values of Hair Saloon.

Compensation

• Earnings potential depending on full- or part-time hours
