Job summary

Sport Clips Haircuts of Mill Creek in Mill Creek, WA is seeking a Salon Store Manager to lead daily operations, manage scheduling, inventory, POS, and guest experience to keep clients returning.

You’ll hire and coach stylists, build a winning team, set a service culture where excellence is expected, and partner with the Area Manager to hit revenue goals and make data-driven decisions. This is a hands-on growth role with leadership development and ongoing paid training.

Qualifications

• WA State Cosmetology or Barber license required.
• Management experience in salon, spa, retail, or store settings preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations: scheduling, inventory, POS, and daily salon operations.
• Hire, coach, and develop stylists who are motivated and accountable.
• Set a salon culture where exceptional service is the standard.
• Partner with Area Manager to hit revenue goals and track performance.
• Manage payroll, licensing, and safety compliance with ownership mindset.
• Keep the team current on industry trends and best practices.
