Job summary

Sport Clips, Inc. Englewood location is hiring a Store Manager who will lead the team, drive the numbers, and elevate the client experience. You’ll be behind the chair part of the week while mentoring stylists and owning daily operations.

You’ll earn $30-$44 per hour base, plus monthly Manager Bonus, quarterly Team Bonus, and tips, with weekend premiums and a clear path to Area Manager.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio cosmetology or barber license is required.
• Leadership experience in a salon or barbershop is preferred.
• Ability to manage payroll, inventory, and staff performance.

Responsibilities

• Own the store's results: client count, wait times, retail, and client satisfaction scores.
• Hire, train, schedule, and coach a team of stylists.
• Run the daily rhythm: opens, closes, huddles, inventory, and payroll accuracy.
• Read the numbers weekly and act on them using available reports.
