Qualifications

• Licensed WA State Cosmetology or Barber required

• Experience as a hair stylist or barber preferred but not required
• Management experience in salon, spa, retail, or store setting preferred

What You'll Earn

What We're Looking For

• Valid WA State Cosmetology or Barber license
• Management experience preferred — salon, spa, retail, or store management
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Experience as a hair stylist or barber — men's cutting preferred
• Previous salon leadership or team lead experience preferred but not required
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
