Sport Clips Haircuts of Bonney Lake is seeking a Salon Store Manager to oversee daily operations in Bonney Lake, WA. The role offers hands-on leadership development through a clear progression path from Manager to Educator and beyond.

You'll lead scheduling, inventory, and payroll, grow a winning team, and ensure top-quality client service while driving revenue and maintaining standards. Local license in cosmetology or barbering is required.

Competenze

• Valid WA State Cosmetology or Barber license.
• Management experience preferred — salon, spa, retail, or store management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
