Job summary

Sport Clips Haircuts of Mill Creek in Mill Creek, WA is seeking a Salon Store Manager to lead daily operations, manage scheduling, inventory, POS, and guest experience to keep clients returning.

You’ll hire and coach stylists, build a winning team, set a service culture where excellence is expected, and partner with the Area Manager to hit revenue goals and make data-driven decisions. This is a hands-on growth role with leadership development and ongoing paid training.

Qualifications

• WA State Cosmetology or Barber license required.
• Management experience in salon, spa, retail, or store settings preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

• Lead with Ownership — Run the day‑to‑day: scheduling, inventory, POS, and operations so the salon runs smoothly and clients keep coming back

What You’ll Earn

• $35–$55/hr (base + tips + commission)
• Retail Commission and Service Commission up to $4/hr — 45% of our team hits it every pay period

What We’re Looking For

• Valid WA State Cosmetology or Barber license
