Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license for the state in which you'll work.
• Strong client service and communication skills.
• Leadership potential and ability to coach a team.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Experience leading a salon team is a plus but not required for right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support day-to-day salon operations.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members.
• Work behind the chair while leading the salon team.
• Provide exceptional client service.
• Assist with recruiting, training, and onboarding new team members.
• Partner with Area Leader to reach salon performance and sales goals.
