Job summary

Sport Clips Haircuts is seeking a Store Leader (Salon Manager) in the Kannapolis/Concord area to lead a high-performing men’s and boys’ salon. You will coach a team of stylists, manage daily operations, schedule, inventory, and POS to deliver a legendary client experience.

Active North Carolina cosmetology or barber license is required, with management experience preferred. Flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and strong earning potential are highlighted in this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Active NORTH CAROLINA cosmetology license or barber license.
• Management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily salon operations including scheduling, inventory, and POS.
• Hire, coach, and onboard stylists; foster teamwork and growth.
• Oversee product ordering and merchandising to support profitability.
• Maintain high service standards and resolve customer concerns.
• Manage payroll and administrative tasks while ensuring licensing compliance.
