Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Assistant Services Manager to lead a team of stylists and estheticians, driving sales and guest experience in the salon. This role supports the Experience Manager, collaborates to meet service and merchandise targets, and ensures operational excellence while also working behind the chair offering guest services.

Ideal candidates will have cosmetology training, licenses, and 2–3+ years of salon management experience, with strong leadership, communication, and analytics

Qualifications

• Cosmetology school graduate.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license where required by state law.
• 2–3+ years relevant, fast-paced salon management work experience or other relevant work.

Responsibilities

• Lead through Ulta Beauty’s mission, vision, and values to develop a high-performing salon team.
• Achieve productivity and sales goals for services and merchandise; drive guest satisfaction and payroll efficiency.
• Manage salon operations, inventory, and compliance with store standards and procedures.
