Qualifications

• Cosmetology education and licensing are required by state law.
• Experience managing a fast-paced salon or service team is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of salon services, including hair, makeup, skincare.
• Ability to manage payroll budgets, inventory, and service metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of service professionals to achieve sales and guest satisfaction targets.
• Oversee service delivery, product demos, and guest experience in the salon.
• Drive performance through coaching, scheduling, and attendance management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
