Qualifications

• Experience driving top-line sales and managing payroll budgets.

Responsibilities

• Perform salon hair services, makeup applications, skincare analysis, brow services, and product demonstrations.
• Achieve individual productivity goals each week.
• Promote a culture of accountability to meet store goals for service, sales, payroll, and inventory.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and cost control.
• Plan and execute services events to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Review financial and operational reporting regularly and react to results.
• Manage inventory and ensure product and marketing resets are stocked.
