Job summary

The role requires Cosmetology education and state licensure, plus 2–3+ years of fast-paced salon management experience, with a strong focus on attendance, coaching, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology school graduate required.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license per state law required.
• 2–3+ years of relevant, fast-paced salon management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of stylists and estheticians to deliver exceptional guest experiences and services.
• Achieve and exceed service and merchandise sales goals through coaching and performance improvement.
• Manage salon operations, attendance, scheduling, inventory, and compliance standards.
• Support guests, train staff, and stay current with industry trends and product knowledge.
