You will recruit and train a motivated team, schedule staff, manage inventory, upsell products, and maintain a welcoming environment while meeting performance targets. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to recruit, train, and motivate a sales team.
• Strong leadership and conflict management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and hire motivated and enthusiastic employees.
• Train and develop a successful sales team.

• Manage all aspects of daily store operations (cleanliness, inventory).
• Prepare staffing schedules to meet the needs of the salon.
• Maintain inventory of products.
