Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, holidays in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide a warm, welcoming experience.
• Assess skin type and recommend tanning equipment and lotion; explain process and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized tanning area and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Upsell tanning lotions and products based on client needs.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining professionalism and customer service.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and track tanning history and preferences.
• Open and close the salon on time.
