Description

Zoom Tan is looking for an experienced store manager that is outgoing and competitive, with a proven track record in retail sales! This role is responsible for recruiting, training and managing store personnel to achieve sales plan, coordinating daily operations such as setting goals and reviewing progress, while providing the best possible experience for our clients.

You will be required to:

  1. Recruit, interview, and hire motivated and enthusiastic employees.
  2. Train and develop a successful sales team.
  3. Provide feedback, coaching, and accountability to all employees.
  4. Manage all aspects of daily store operations (Cleanliness, Inventory).
  5. Prepare staffing schedules to meet the needs of the salon.
  6. Successfully maintain inventory of product.
  7. Other tasks and duties as assigned by the District Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prior management experience in retail or customer-facing hospitality environment required.
  • 1-2 years retail sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated to succeed in fast paced retail environment.
  • Ability to reach, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Friendly, outgoing and effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Team-player willing to work collaboratively with other departments.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent leadership qualities and conflict management skills.

Store Managers are offered a competitive compensation package including high hourly rate $17- $22/hr, plus sales commissions, paid time off (PTO), bonuses and benefits to include medical, dental and vision, as well as disability and life insurance, and matching 401(k) Plan. We are willing to pay more per hour based on applicable experience.
