Job summary

SalonCentric is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager in Dallas, TX. The role supports the store manager in leading a high-performing team, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales in a fast-paced beauty environment.

Qualified candidates will have 1–2 years of retail leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to work weekends. Cosmetology license is a plus. Salary range is hourly with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail leadership experience.
• Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use a computerized point of sale system; SAP experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Must be 18 years of age with a HS Diploma or GED.
• Cosmetology license is a plus, not required.
