SalonCentric, a L'Oréal USA subsidiary, is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager in Dallas, TX to lead a high-performing team and drive strong customer service. The role supports the store manager in sales, training, and operations while upholding brand standards and creating a welcoming, professional store environment.

The position requires 1–2 years of retail leadership, weekend availability, and the ability to lift up to 20 lbs. Cosmetology license is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years retail leadership experience.
• Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends as availability guidelines require.
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required.
