Qualifications

• 1+ year in a fast-paced, customer service environment.
• Previous experience with point-of-sale systems strongly preferred.
• Promote a professional and brand-appropriate image in a busy shop.
• Organize shop flow and communicate clearly with team and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage shop flow between clients and team in a positive way.
• Serve as subject matter expert in the reservation system and record client data accurately.
