Sun Tan City is seeking an Assistant Salon Director to keep the salon running smoothly, coach the team, and ensure every client interaction shines. The role combines sales leadership with daily operations, inventory control, and staff development.

You will guide and train team members, drive performance, and help develop promotions to grow the business while maintaining a positive, high-energy work environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have proven sales experience and a track record of meeting targets.
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and team-building abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and coach team members to hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Lead by example in sales, customer service, and operational excellence
• Deliver ongoing training, performance feedback, and accountability to your team
• Oversee salon operations alongside the Salon Director, including scheduling, inventory, cleanliness, and client experience
• Assist in developing promotions and using sales metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
