Qualifications

• College education preferred, but not required.
• Management or sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of client service techniques and operations.
• Strong leadership with coaching and supervisory skills.
• Team-building and delegation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced setting.
• Lead by example to provide a client-centric experience and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain a professional, clean salon environment.
• Set clear goals for Team Members and coach performance.
• Generate sales reports, manage inventory, and assist with Director functions.
• Help control revenue and expenses while maintaining labor costs.
• Ensure proper staffing for maximum productivity and service levels.
• Work nights, Saturdays and Sundays as needed for coverage.
