Job summary

PS Salon and Spa is a leading hair salon operator in the senior living sector with over 1,500 locations. We seek a Professional, Licensed Cosmetologist with Management Experience to manage our multi-unit salons as a Salon Manager within partnered Senior Living Communities.

Job Type: Part-Time, 6-7 hours daily/not to exceed 30 hours. Compensation includes a 52% commission rate, annual reviews, bonus plan, access to supplemental insurance, and schedule flexibility.

Qualifications

• Active Cosmetology license in the operating state.
• Reliable transportation to shift locations.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to motivate a team while meeting personal goals.
• Capable of independent work with field leadership collaboration.
• Flexible to meet changing business needs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Familiar with iPad/Point-of-Sale devices.
• Caregiving environment experience preferred.

PS Salon & Spa is looking for aProfessional, Licensed Cosmetologist with Management Experienceto manage our multi-unit salons as a Salon Manager, within our partnered Senior Living Communities!

Job Type: Part-Time, 6-7 hours daily/not to exceed 30 hours.

Compensation

• 52% commission rate

• Schedule is set to align with business needs, flexibility required as needed.
• Ability to workdays, evenings, and/or weekends behind the chair as needed.
• Support schedule coverage when available and appropriate.
• Timely communications to direct Field Leader of any limitations or availability around coverage needs.

Position Requirements

• MUST HAVE: Active Cosmetology license in the state where salon operates.
• Reliable transportation
• Previous salon leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to motivate and support a team while maintaining personal production goals.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with field leadership.
• Flexible availability to meet changing business needs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 30lbs, reach, bend, and perform services.
• Ability to navigate and understand electronic devices such as an iPad/Point-of-Sale device
• Other Duties that may be assigned according to the needs of the business
• Experience in a caregiving environment (preferred)
