Job summary

PS Salon & Spa in Willow Street, PA is seeking a Professional, Licensed Cosmetologist with Management Experience to manage our multi-unit salons as a Salon Manager within partnered Senior Living Communities.

This part-time role requires 4 days per week, 6-7 hours daily, behind the chair as needed, with a 52% commission structure and bonus opportunities, plus access to supplemental insurance. Reliable transportation and flexible availability are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have active cosmetology license in the state where salon operates.
• Previous salon leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible availability to meet changing business needs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 30 lbs and perform services.

PS Salon & Spa is looking for a Professional, Licensed Cosmetologist with Management Experience to manage our multi-unit salons as a Salon Manager, within our partnered Senior Living Communities!

Job Type: Part-Time, 4 days a week/ 6-7 hours daily/not to exceed 30 hours.

Compensation:

• 52% commission rate

• Ability to workdays, evenings, and/or weekends behind the chair as needed.
• Support schedule coverage when available and appropriate.
• Timely communications to direct Field Leader of any limitations or availability around coverage needs.

Position Requirements:

• MUST HAVE: Active Cosmetology license in the state where salon operates.
• Reliable transportation

• Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with field leadership.
• Flexible availability to meet changing business needs.

• Other Duties that may be assigned according to the needs of the business
• Ability to navigate and understand electronic devices such as an iPad/Point of Sales System
• Experience in a caregiving environment (preferred)
