Job summary

Drybar Shops in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a Sales and Operations Manager to oversee salon operations and lead a dedicated team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional blowout services, driving sales, and maintaining efficient processes.

You will manage staff, schedules, and customer service standards in a fast-paced beauty environment. The ideal candidate has management experience in salons or similar settings, strong leadership and communication skills, and a willingness to work

Manager Qualifications

• Experience in management including but not limited to experience as a sales manager, operations manager, and/or general salon manager.
• Has excellent leadership skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations runs smoothly.
• Implement structure, policies, and procedures.
• Customer Service oriented
