Job summary

PS Salon & Spa in Willow Street, PA is seeking a professional, licensed cosmetologist with management experience to oversee our multi-unit salons within partnered senior living communities. This part-time role offers a 52% commission, a potential bonus plan, and benefits aligned with a production-focused environment.

You will lead teams, coordinate schedules, and ensure high standards of service while working days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Cosmetology license in the state where salons operate.
• Previous salon leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to motivate and support a team while maintaining personal production goals.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with field leadership.
• Flexible availability to meet changing business needs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Experience in a caregiving environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-unit salons as Salon Manager within partnered senior living communities.
• Lead and develop salon teams, drive performance, and ensure service standards.
• Coordinate schedules and align with business needs, including evenings/weekends.
• Maintain production goals while supporting field leadership communication.
• Navigate POS devices and stay compliant with company policies.

PS Salon & Spa is looking for a Professional, Licensed Cosmetologist with Management Experience to manage our multi-unit salons as a Salon Manager, within our partnered Senior Living Communities!

Job Type: Part-Time, 4 days a week/ 6-7 hours daily/not to exceed 30 hours.

Compensation:

• 52% commission rate
• Opportunity for annual review of commission rate

• Schedule is set to align with business needs, flexibility required as needed.
• Ability to work days, evenings, and/or weekends behind the chair as needed.
• Support schedule coverage when available and appropriate.
• Timely communications to direct Field Leader of any limitations or availability around coverage needs.

Position Requirements:

• MUST HAVE: Active Cosmetology license in the state where salon operates.

• Experience in a caregiving environment (preferred)
