We are seeking a Professional, Licensed Cosmetologist with Management Experience to manage our multi-unit salons as a District Leader within our partnered Senior Living Communities.

Position: Salon Manager / District Leader

Job Type: Full-time, 5 days a week

Compensation

• $20 an hour for Administrative & District Leader Duties: Up to 8 hours a week. You will receive an hourly rate for all assigned duties outside of client services.
• Behind the Chair (BTC) Days: Minimum of 4 days a week at a commission rate of 52%. You will be paid the percentage-based commission rate for every service you perform, or a guaranteed hourly wage as per state, local, and federal requirements.
• Starting at 52% commission, with annual increases according to company policy.
• Guaranteed hourly wage during the first 30 days in the position for BTC days.

Position Requirements

• Valid state Cosmetology license and reliable transportation.
• Minimum of 4 days a week doing cosmetology services behind the chair.
• Retail sales experience required.
• Basic manicure and pedicure skills.

• Experience in caregiving environment preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk, reach with hands and arms, stand for at least 6 hours, lift/move 50 lbs., and stoop/kneel/crouch regularly.
