We are looking for a Professional, Licensed Cosmetologist with Management Experience to manage our multi-unit salons as a District Leader, within our partnered Senior Living Communities.

Position: Salon Manager / Licensed Cosmetologist

Job Type: Full-time, 5 days a week

Compensation & Benefits:

• $24 an hour for Administrative & District Leader Duties: Up to 8 hours a week. You will receive an hourly rate for all assigned duties when you are NOT working Behind the Chair providing services.
• Behind the Chair (BTC) Days: Minimum of 3-4 days a week at a commission rate of 52%. You will be paid the %-based commission rate for every service you perform (or a guaranteed hourly wage - per state, local, federal minimum wage requirements - whichever is higher.)
• 52% commission on your start date, increasing annually according to company policy.
• Additional benefits include retail sales commission, biweekly pay, quarterly bonus eligibility, medical/dental/vision/life/401K benefits after 30 days, PTO, and potential annual earnings of $42-55k.
• Additional perks: Access up to 50% of earned & unpaid wages before each payday with PayActiv, W-2 employment, unemployment insurance, and advancement opportunities.

Position Requirements:

• Valid state Cosmetology license and reliable transportation.
• Minimum of 4 days a week doing Cosmetology Services behind the chair.
• Retail sales experience required.
• Basic manicures and pedicures skills required.
• Basic email and computer navigation skills required.
• Experience in a caregiving environment is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to walk, reach with hands and arms, stand for at least 6 hours, lift/move 50 lbs., and stoop/kneel/crouch regularly.
