PS Salon and Spa is the leading hair salon company in the senior living industry with over 1,500 locations. We value positive, passionate team members who enjoy a collaborative and growing environment.

We are seeking a Professional, Licensed Cosmetologist with Management Experience to manage our multi-unit salons as a District Leader within partnered Senior Living Communities.

Position: District Leader
Job Type: Full-time, 5 days a week

Compensation:

• $23/hour for Administrative & District Leader duties (up to 8 hours/week). You will receive this hourly rate when not providing services behind the chair.
• Behind the Chair (BTC) Days: Minimum of 4 days/week at a 52% commission rate. Paid per service or a guaranteed hourly wage, whichever is higher.
• Starting at 52% commission, with annual increases per company policy.

Position Requirements:

• Valid state Cosmetology license and reliable transportation
• Minimum 4 days/week doing Cosmetology Services behind the chair
• Retail sales experience
• Basic manicures and pedicures
• Basic email and computer skills
• Experience in caregiving (preferred)

Physical Requirements: Ability to walk, reach, stand for 6 hours, lift/move 50 lbs., stoop, kneel, crouch.
