PS Salon and Spa, a leading hair salon company in the senior living industry with over 1,500 locations, values positivity and passion for enhancing lives. We offer a collaborative and supportive environment for our team members.

We are seeking a Professional, Licensed Cosmetologist with Management Experience to manage our multi-unit salons as a District Leader within our partnered Senior Living Communities.

Job Details

Type: Full-time, 5 days a week

Compensation

• $23/hour for Administrative & District Leader duties (up to 8 hours/week). You will receive an hourly rate for duties outside of client services.
• Minimum of 4 days/week behind the chair at a 52% commission rate, paid per service or a guaranteed hourly wage as per regulations.
• Annual commission increase according to company policy.
• Additional retail product commission of 15%.
• Paid biweekly.
• Quarterly bonus eligibility for District Leaders.
• Company benefits after 30 days (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401K).
• PTO per company policy.
• Estimated annual earnings: $42,000 - $55,000+.

Position Requirements

• Valid state Cosmetology license and reliable transportation.
• Must perform cosmetology services behind the chair at least 4 days/week.
• Basic manicures and pedicures required.
• Basic email and computer skills required.
• Experience in caregiving preferred.

Physical Requirements

Ability to walk, reach with hands and arms, stand for at least 6 hours, lift/move up to 50 lbs., and occasionally stoop, kneel, and crouch.
