Qualifications

• 1 year supervisory experience.
• Ability to influence others.
• Stand, bend, walk for 7+ hours daily; lift 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation with flexible availability including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, and orient store staff.
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and coaching staff.
• Schedule and assign employees; follow up on results.
• Monitor expenses to achieve financial objectives (labor, cost of sales).
• Ensure legal compliance and store integrity.
• Assign tasks to keep stores clean, stocked, organized, and customer ready.
• Build rapport with customers and foster loyalty.
• Create a positive, team-based environment.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses; maximize net profits.
• Safeguard and account for all money; manage banking.
