Mango Salon in Richmond, VA is seeking a Salon Manager who will be the heartbeat of guest experiences and the coach behind a high-performing team. You’ll have autonomy to lead the floor, train staff, and ensure exceptional service while upholding Mango’s culture and initiatives.

You’ll oversee scheduling, stay informed on services and systems, collaborate with Welcome Desk, and adapt to a fast-paced environment across multiple locations, with a path for growth from within.

Qualifikationen

• People management experience required, retail leadership valued.
• Salon or service-industry experience is a plus.
• Natural relationship builder who enjoys coaching and motivating others.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and across multiple locations.

• Deliver exceptional, personalized service to every guest.
• Create a welcoming, high-energy environment for guests and team members.
• Coordinate the service floor to keep the day running smoothly.
• Train, coach, and support your team's growth and performance.
• Build strong relationships with Designers, Guest Services, and Assistants.
• Reinforce Mango's culture, values, and initiatives.
• Oversee scheduling and staff coverage in partnership with the Scheduling Manager.
• Maintain strong knowledge of salon services, systems, and operations.
• Support the Welcome Desk and Reservation Center as needed.
• Problem-solve in real time and keep priorities moving forward.
