Join Mango Salon's Fresh Talent Program in Richmond, VA!

Are you licensed in Cosmetology and eager to expand your skills and experience? Mango Salon is seeking passionate individuals to join our Mango Academy Fresh Talent team. This accelerated educational program aims to elevate your hair design skills through advanced learning, skill building, and exposure to AVEDA visiting Educators.

As a Fresh Talent employee, you will assist our Hair Designers and perform hair services at a student level on Mango guests. Candidates must have a High School Diploma/GED and a Virginia Cosmetology License. Success in this role requires strong sales, communication skills, and a solutions-focused attitude. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, building strong customer relationships.

This is a full-time position requiring flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, across any of our three locations. Physical requirements include standing and walking for at least 4 hours, occasional ladder climbing, and light lifting (under 25 pounds).
