Job summary

Sun Tan City in Fort Dodge, IA is seeking a motivated leader to join our management team as Salon Director in Training. You will drive store performance, foster superior client service, and supervise Tanning Consultants to achieve company goals in a fast-paced salon environment.

Qualifications

Management experience required.
Retail/Beauty industry or customer service background is a plus.
Basic computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage daily operations of the salon in a fast-paced environment.
Lead by example in delivering client-centric experiences and meet personal sales targets.
Maintain a professional and clean salon environment.
Set clear goals and provide coaching to Team Members.
Generate sales reports and assist with inventory management.
Support Salon Director in revenue and expense control.
Ensure optimal staffing to maximize productivity and customer service.
