Palm Beach Tan in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking energetic salon managers to lead a growth‑oriented team. You will drive daily sales, supervise Beauty Consultants, and deliver exceptional skin care and tanning consultations in a welcoming, professional environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership/management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods.
• Able to lift 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals daily/weekly/monthly.
• Hiring and training your team of Beauty Consultants.
• Ongoing team training.
• Customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, and beauty products.
• Ensuring all company policies and legal requirements are met.
• Maintaining a clean and organized salon.
• Cash handling, opening/closing the business.
• Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.
