Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking a Manager in Training to learn the Store Manager role from the inside. You’ll coach a high‑energy team, hit goals, and run a successful salon in a welcoming, team-oriented atmosphere that supports career growth.

The program operates seven days a week with flexible scheduling. Expect some nights, weekends, and holidays. This hands‑on training includes leadership development, promotions, and competitive pay with base pay plus commission and potential monthly bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail, customer service, operations, or management experience (bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Basic computer and POS skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn to run a great salon by working side by side with the Store Manager.
• Lead and coach Wellness Consultants and Salon Support team.
• Recruit, schedule, and develop great people; set goals and track performance.
• Manage labor, cost of sales, and other controllable expenses; ensure customer service excellence.
• Keep the salon clean, stocked, and compliant with health standards; support local promotions.
