Palm Beach Tan in the United States is seeking a Manager in Training to learn the Store Manager role and coach a high-energy team to hit goals and run a successful salon.

You will work side by side with the Store Manager, develop leadership and customer service skills, recruit and schedule great people, and help plan local promotions. The position offers hands-on training, a flexible schedule, and advancement opportunities.

Formación

• 1-3 years of retail, customer service, operations, or management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and the ability to motivate others.
• Basic computer and POS skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to be on your feet 7+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs

Responsabilidades

• Support Store Manager to learn how to run a great salon.
• Lead and coach Wellness Consultants and Salon Support team.
• Recruit, schedule, and develop great people.
• Set goals, track performance, and follow training.
• Manage labor, cost of sales, and other controllable expenses.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns professionally.
• Keep the salon clean, stocked, and compliant with health standards.
• Help plan local promotions to grow store sales.
• Handle cash, deposits, and customer card data securely (PCI training included).

Conocimientos

Experience: 1-3 years in retail / cust

Strong verbal and written English

Basic computer and POS skills

Reliable transportation

Ability to be on your feet 7+ hours

Educación

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
