Responsibilities:

• Maintain store staff through recruiting, selecting, and onboarding
• Meet sales and performance goals by training, motivating, and coaching staff
• Manage operational requirements, including scheduling and task assignment
• Monitor expenses to achieve financial objectives
• Ensure legal compliance and store reputation
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and stock levels
• Build customer loyalty through rapport and service

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to stand, bend, walk for 7+ hours daily
• Ability to lift 25 pounds
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
