ESTABLISHED CLIENTELE in a busy salon.

Services Offered: Haircuts, Color, Waxing, Treatments

PAY: Up to $35 per hour

• Over 50 hours PAID TRAINING in the first 3 months, with advanced cutting & color classes at our Hairstylist Academy.

The Salon Manager is responsible for all facets of the salon’s operations, providing leadership and tools to help the team increase their clientele and the business. They also provide all hair care services offered by Supercuts, ensuring high standards of guest service and salon profitability. The Salon Manager delivers excellent service by offering a full range of hair care services, providing quality consultations, and ensuring guests leave satisfied and equipped to replicate their look at home.

Minimal Qualifications:

• Current cosmetology or barber license and manager license as required by state/provincial regulations
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Exceptional guest service skills, understanding guest needs, providing quality consultations, and performing services efficiently and professionally
• Ability to perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, transactions, close-out procedures, and light housekeeping
• Ability to resolve guest issues effectively
• Leadership skills to develop and guide a team, create a positive work environment, and resolve staff issues
