If you are passionate about leadership, customer service, mentoring hair stylists, and growing a successful salon team, we would love to meet you.Our Salon Managers earn a base hourly rate of $19–$22 per hour based on experience, plus commission and 100% of their tips - expected total compensation is approximately $30–$50 per hour.
