Qualifications

• Cosmetology license in the state you are applying for.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 12 months in a prior Leadership role.
• 40 hours per week (5 days/8 hours per day).
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform routine salon motions.
• Ability to work in a salon with chemicals, scents, and fumes.
• Commitment to training and attending events.

Responsibilities

• Talent Scout: recruit top stylists and partner with beauty schools.
• Lead the Guest Journey to convert first-time guests into loyal clients.
• Grow Revenue: optimize schedules and use digital tools to hit sales targets.
• Mentor associates using the IGROW model and develop career paths.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant salon environment.
