Job summary

Hair Cuttery Family of Brands in Miami, FL is seeking a Salon Manager who leads with heart and business sense. You will coach stylists, recruit talent, and drive sales while maintaining a welcoming, safe salon environment.

You’ll model our hair guides and mentor your team, balancing client service with team development. You’ll use data and scheduling tools to maximize appointment availability, manage payroll, and uphold state safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have cosmetology license in the state applying for.
• Ability to work in the United States with valid work authorization.
• Minimum 12 months in a leadership role preferred.
• Availability: 40 hours per week (5 days/8 hours).
• Physically capable to stand, walk, and perform salon motions.
• Able to work in a salon with exposure to chemicals and odors.
• Basic math for cash/inventory and attendance at trainings.

Responsibilities

• Talent Scout: recruit top stylists and partner with local beauty schools.
• Lead the Guest Journey by coaching the team to convert first-time guests into loyal clients.
• Grow revenue using data and tools to optimize schedules and boost salon reputation.
• Mentor associates using the IGROW model to advance careers.
• Ensure a safe, clean, compliant salon environment that meets standards.
