Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service environments is required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop staff.
• Comfort with a commission-driven sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to staff; coach, counsel, and discipline when needed.
• Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on results.
• Monitor expenses and labor to achieve financial objectives.
• Ensure store compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
• Assign tasks to keep stores clean, stocked, organized and customer-ready.
• Build rapport with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Create a positive, motivating team environment.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profitability.
