Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• 1 year supervisory experience.
• Able to stand, bend, walk long periods; lift up to 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation with flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
• Meet sales goals through training, motivating, mentoring and coaching sales staff.
• Schedules and assigns employees; follows up on work results.
• Achieves financial objectives by monitoring controllable expenses.
• Maintains store reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Manage tasks to keep stores clean, stocked, organized and customer ready.
• Establishes rapport with customers building loyalty and long-term relationships.
• Creates a positive, motivating, team-based environment.
• Investigates and resolves customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Analyzes daily sales and expenses to maximize net profits.
• Safeguards and accounts for all money received; handles banking.
