Regis Corporation is seeking a Salon Leader for Cost Cutters locations to drive operations, lead a talented team, and deliver exceptional client service. You will recruit, coach, and motivate staff while modeling Regis values in a fast-paced beauty environment.

Responsibilities include staff development, scheduling, and implementing local marketing initiatives to grow the salon’s client base and revenue. A valid cosmetology or barber license is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid cosmetology or barber license.
• At least 1 year in a salon leadership role preferred.
• 3 years of experience as a stylist preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel to other salon locations as needed.

Responsabilités

• Recruit and hire staff to meet salon staffing needs.
• Lead salon operations and model Regis core values.
• Provide customized consultations and ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage scheduling, timecards, and inventory control.
