SmartStyle Hair Salon, operated by Yellowhammer Salon Group inside Walmart stores, is seeking a dynamic Salon Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service delivery.

The ideal candidate will hold a current cosmetology license, experience in a leadership role, and strong communication and time-management skills to coach staff, manage schedules, drive sales, and maintain high standards for client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license (Required).
• Experience in a leadership role in a salon preferred.
• Strong time management and prioritization.
• Excellent communication with clients and staff.
• Passion for beauty trends and techniques.
• Ability to provide high-quality services and supervise a team.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced salon environment.
• Ability to read and analyze salon reports.
