Qualifications

• Valid and current cosmetology license.
• Leadership experience in a salon or similar environment preferred.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

• Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained; place orders as needed.
• Ensure salon schedules meet business needs.
• Implement marketing strategies to promote services and attract new clients.
• Keep a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for clients and staff.
• Train staff on customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
• Manage and control expenses.
