SmartStyle Hair Salon is seeking a dynamic Salon Leader to oversee daily operations inside Walmart stores. You will drive sales, deliver full hair services, and lead a team to provide exceptional customer experiences in a high-traffic environment.

You will manage scheduling, inventory, and staff training while maintaining high service standards and cost controls to boost salon performance.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license required.
• Prior salon leadership experience preferred.
• Strong time management and multitasking.
• Excellent communication with clients and staff.
• Ability to drive sales and manage inventory.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the salon team to achieve sales goals and provide outstanding customer service.
• Deliver the full range of hair care services to clients while ensuring satisfaction.
