Job summary

Yellowhammer Salon Group is seeking an Assistant Salon Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service delivery in our SmartStyle Hair Salon inside Walmart stores. You will deliver full hair services, motivate the team, and support the Salon Leader in hitting salon goals.

The role offers a generous commission structure (up to 60% on services and up to 25% on retail), weekly bonus opportunities, and ongoing technical training in a supportive leadership environment.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license is required.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
