Job summary

Art+Craft Salon is seeking a part-time Salon Coordinator to help run day-to-day operations, manage guest scheduling, and ensure a polished guest experience. You will act as liaison between guests and stylists, promoting safety, service quality, and a harmonious work environment.

Responsibilities include scheduling, check-in/out, client records, basic retail support, and coordinating with owners to improve operations. Availability Tue/Thu afternoon, Fri, and Sat shifts required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service.
• Experience in the hair industry or related hospitality/retail industry preferred.
• Is customer service oriented and has organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Team scheduling & shift coverage for stylists.
• Daily operations support and workflow coordination with stylists.
• Appointment & service-flow monitoring (timing, pacing, and transitions).
• Staff communication and issue resolution as needed.
• Inventory tracking and reordering needs.
• Maintain salon cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
• Training & onboarding support and accountability follow-through.
• Sales goals support and service add-ons.
• Perform administrative tasks for day-to-day operations.
• Client-facing duties: warm greetings, phones, messages, appointment management, check-in/out.
• Manage client records and basic retail sales.
• Resolve client concerns with professionalism and care.
