Qualifications

• 1+ years in a fast-paced, customer service environment.
• Previous experience with point-of-sale systems strongly preferred; salon/spa experience optional.
• Present a professional brand image and hospitable shop atmosphere.
• Organize shop flow between clients and team members.
• Become SME in reservation system; record client info accurately and timely.
• Maximize appointments; communicate with team promptly.
• Maintain ethics handling payments and tips; balance cash drawer.
• Communicate clearly with shop management about operations.
• Demonstrate strong communication, self-starting attitude, and problem-solving.
• Assist with shop cleanliness and support stylists; high school diploma required.
