Drybar is seeking a receptionist to join our Los Angeles team. You will greet clients, manage reservations, record accurate data, and help maintain a smooth, high-energy salon flow.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a fast-paced, customer service environment.
• Previous experience with point-of-sale systems strongly preferred.
• Promote a professional and brand-appropriate image.
• Organize and execute shop flow between clients and team members.
• Serve as subject matter expert in reservation system; ensure client information is recorded with accuracy and timeliness.
• Optimize and maximize appointments with reservation system and ensure timely communication to team.
• Maintain highest degree of ethics when handling client payments and tips.
• Maintain clear communication with shop management about overall shop operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-ins/check-outs smoothly.
• Manage reservations to maximize appointments.
• Record client details accurately in the system.
• Balance cash drawer at opening, during shifts, and at closing.
• Keep the shop clean and organized; assist stylists as needed.
